I was sad to come to the end. I greatly enjoyed the story and characters. I personally think that there is plenty of room for a 4th book. A story of their after.Spoiler Below

I would love a continuation of Toledo Lake. Children of Ryker and Mena? Az and Jenna? Were they halves?
Does Ethan ever find what he's searching for? Does Val find love?
What about lily getting to live a stable life.
Will they train the kids in an exalted fashion? You focused on them retaining some exalted traditions, so how much of their old life would they keep?
Isn't there at least some chance that the crazy dr survived.....
Doesn't Ryker still want to find his parents? He wished to in book 2? Or were they disciplined exalted on the pump and maybe died in #2's rebellion?
Obviously, I could keep going.

Good read, easy to follow. As with a lot of books, author just kind of quit. Three books of build up then... nothing. Just kind of ends. Books start out well then it seems like the author gets bored or never really had a finale in mind when they started writing.
This is the final book in the Exalted Trilogy. The book has a wonderful ending and the author did a great job finishing this story. Wonderful series and I definitely recommend the series.
I LOVED this series. Each book showed deeper character development. So many stories still left to explore...Val, Ethan, Lily, Mena's parents, the other republics. I would love to read about them all in their own books. Great writing and superb story!!!
I loved this series. I have read almost every dystopian book series has and this one is one I'll always remember. Great development of characters! My anxiety and emotion rose and fell with Mena's AND Val's!! Thank you SO much Tarah for sharing your creativity and imagination with me! Keep them coming, please?

This was a great conclusion to the series. At first I was annoyed that there were so many different points of view but I quickly found that it worked. I was surprised by some of the situations that unfolded – unexpected twists are always fun. (I’m so thankful that it didn’t turn out to be a love triangle!!!)
I loved this series because the heroine and hero were intelligent and strategically minded and became a force to be reckoned with. I’ve read a ton of dystopian books and I just flat enjoyed this one – action, humor, some dark reality but overall uplifting.
I hope the author will write a book about Ethan. He ended up being a very intriguing character. I’d like to hear more.
Well, the series has come to the end, and I'm super sad about that. Mena has been a great character to read. Everything was wrapped up nice and tidy with a beautiful ending. We see the ending/beginning of the Republic world with Mena, Ryker, Ethan, Az, and even the evil Dr. Fredericks.
Usually I like the different perspectives, but I feel that maybe there were too many perspectives at times; I was easily distracted from the plot. I also felt that there were a few chapters added that could have been fantastic, but that ended flat. It was less like I was experiencing the story and more that I was reading a summation of events.
Tara is great at breaking down a scene, and her ideas are brilliant. I absolutely adored the first and second books. Book three--I don't know...I felt like this book was just a quick wrap up of loose ends interspersed with random events that connect but don't really move the story forward enough. I am happy about the happily every after ) It was just a bit too neat and tidy.
I completely enjoyed the exalted trilogy the stories were very thought-provoking and shows what can happen when a society has too much control. Always enjoy watching characters realize themselves and become more than their some parts this is what happened with in the stories. Mena the main character is forced to decide in the world she's always known in the world she has no idea about. A strange man who attacks her and gives her this outlandish story changes her life and then becomes her life . But it's not just her world it's the world of her friends and family as well and soon the entire Republique that she lives in. The stories show the very heart and soul of humanity and what can happen when evil geniuses try to take it away with drugs .
